Developed training programs for new Civil Air Patrol Pilots, enhancing flight readiness and safety. 150 flight hours with Civil Air Patrol (CAP) onboarding new CAP pilots, conducting CAP cadet orientation flights, and introducing young students to aviation principles. 300 hours of ground instruction to new CAP pilots and weekly training, these hours include instruction in CAP aircraft: C172SP, Cessna Turbo 206, Cessna Turbo 182 aircraft. Conduct ground instruction sessions, resulting in improved knowledge retention and pilot proficiency.
