Hello! I am a commercial single and multi-engine pilot and flight instructor from the Midwest. I am a pilot with a vast background in everything from cattle farming to excavating.  In 2024 I graduated from South Dakota State University with a bachelors degree in Aviation Education and soon after began my career at LATC as a flight instructor. Here, I have gained a large amount of experience in instrument and cross country flying. Having gone to busy airspaces in Florida, Texas, Georgia, Louisiana, Kansas, Colorado, and everywhere in-between. This experience has helped me develop crucial skills required in the part 135 and 91 industry. I am excited to begin my transition from flight instructor to a professional commercial pilot.

Highlights

Cross Country Florida Trip
March 13, 2026 Earlier this year during spring break. Myself and some other instructors took students on a long cross country trip from South Dakota to Clearwater, Florida and Dallas, Texas. During this trip, we sharpened our skills as instructors and introduced students to operations in busy airspaces. On our trip we learned about advanced IFR clearances, complex airspace, and talking with ATC in different areas of the country. During this trip, not only did our students learn, but I learned so much and gained valuable experience needed to be a part 135 and 91 pilot.
