Inclusive of license coverage availability. • Prioritize defects based on time to run, air worthiness and over all fleet health, balancing with planned line maintenance. • Managing workforce rostering to assure appropriate license coverage to carry out all planned work and ensuring line operations are sufficiently manned. • liaising with station engineers to collaboratively research defects via AMM, TSM and on hand experience to ensure hours/ tooling and consumables assigned are sufficient and correct to carry out planned defect rectification. • Carrying out long term planned work ensuring APU changes, A checks and engine works are carried out in a safe and timely manner with nil determent to planned line work. • Organising the operational work and return to AOG aircraft. • Regular in-house meetings with stakeholders to refine planning process, discussing workload, man hours assigned, upcoming planned works changing shift crews to ensure manpower is adequately dispersed. • Changing lines of flying with nil determent to fleet planned flights ensuring appropriate termination and departure times for aircraft with high focus on OTP.
