Position Summary

The Helicopter Pilot (HAA) is responsible for providing safe and efficient air medical transportation while working closely with medical teams in time-critical situations.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients and medical crews
• Ensure aircraft readiness for dispatch per FAA and company standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and records
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and medical teams
• Support shift handoffs and operational continuity
• Maintain certifications and ongoing training

Requirements

• FAA Commercial Rotorcraft Certificate
• Helicopter Instrument Rating
• FAA Class II Medical Certificate
• 2000 total flight hours
• 2000 helicopter hours
• 1000 helicopter PIC hours
• 1000 turbine hours
• 200 helicopter night hours
• Must meet 230 lb weight limit with gear

Preferred Qualifications

• AS350 / H125 experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
