Position Summary
The Flight Instructor (CFI/CFII) provides flight and ground instruction to students at various stages of training while supporting student progression in a structured training environment.
Responsibilities
• Conduct flight and ground instruction for students (Private through ATP)
• Mentor and support student progress and training goals
• Maintain training records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and school procedures
• Participate in monthly CFI meetings and ongoing training
• Promote a safe and professional training environment
Requirements
• FAA Certified Flight Instructor (CFI)
• CFII preferred
• Strong communication and teaching skills
• Passion for mentoring and student development
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous flight instruction experience
