Position Summary

The Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) is responsible for delivering high-quality flight and ground instruction in a Part 61 training environment while supporting student success and maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct flight and ground training for students
• Support student progression and training outcomes
• Perform ramp duties (aircraft movement, securing, cleanliness)
• Communicate with students via phone, email, and in person
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist team members and contribute to overall training operations
• Support customer service and walk-in inquiries

Requirements

• Certified Flight Instructor (or within 3 months of obtaining)
• Commercial Pilot Certificate
• FAA Medical (1st, 2nd, 3rd, or BasicMed)
• Must be able to commute to Loveland, CO
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• No accidents or incidents on record
• Must meet DA-20-C1 height/weight requirements
• Availability 5 days per week (7am–5pm)
• Must be available for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
