Position Summary

The Senior Captain operates company aircraft supporting executive and business travel operations while maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism, customer service, and operational excellence within a collaborative corporate aviation environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate company aircraft safely and efficiently in accordance with FARs, ICAO guidelines, and company procedures
• Support business travel operations and customer service needs
• Lead with professionalism, integrity, and strong decision-making
• Assist with non-flying operational duties
• Provide technical and hospitality guidance to less experienced team members
• Prepare thoroughly for all flight operations
• Support continuous operational improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-related experience
• 8,000 Total Flight Hours
• 6,000 Multi-Engine Hours
• Experience with Safety Management Systems
• Type ratings in two or more aircraft
• Knowledge of international operations and ICAO differences
• Experience as Check Airman or Instructor Pilot
• Valid First Class Medical Certificate
• Valid Passport
• No history of FAA enforcement actions
• Must relocate within 80 miles of Salisbury, MD
• Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• ATP Multi-Engine Certificate preferred
• Embraer Phenom 300 type rating preferred
• Corporate aviation experience preferred

Compensation

• $170,000 – $256,000 annually
• Annual bonus opportunity
