Position Summary

The Pilot, Owner Services supports managed aircraft operations under the ProOwnership program, providing flight operations, scheduling, and customer-focused service while ensuring safety, compliance, and aircraft readiness.


Responsibilities

• Provide on-site flight support for managed aircraft operations
• Perform scheduling, trip planning, and aircraft care
• Serve as liaison between aircraft owner and Textron Aviation
• Communicate PIC responsibilities and safe operating practices with owners
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure aircraft airworthiness
• Monitor flight schedules, duty limits, and operational compliance
• Maintain familiarity with FAA and ICAO regulations
• Ensure pilot training and currency requirements are met
• Maintain flight logs, documentation, and operational materials


Requirements

• ATP Certificate
• Ability to obtain FAA First Class Medical
• Valid passport (or ability to obtain)
• 3,000 Total Flight Hours
• 1,000 Hours in Turbine Aircraft
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to meet customer insurance requirements
• Must be authorized to work in the United States


Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Aerospace-related field
• FAA Flight Instructor Certificate
• International operating experience
• Experience in Citation or King Air aircraft
