Position Summary
The King Air Captain is responsible for safely operating the Beechcraft King Air 90 as a single-pilot Captain in support of Sterile Insect Technique (SIT) operations. This position ensures safe, efficient, and professional flight operations while meeting customer requirements and company standards.

Responsibilities
• Operate the King Air 90 as a single-pilot Captain in a safe and professional manner
• Review destination and alternate airports, weather conditions, fuel and oil requirements, navigation aids, radio aids, and applicable NOTAMs
• Complete thorough pre-flight and post-flight inspections before and after each mission
• Fly missions accurately in accordance with operational requirements
• Communicate effectively with the Base Manager, customer, and System Operations Center
• Complete maintenance records, timesheets, and other required digital reports accurately and on time
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements
• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate
• Instrument Rating
• Multi-Engine Rating
• 1,200 hours Total Flight Time
• 250 hours Pilot-in-Command Flight Time
• 100 hours Multi-Engine PIC Time
• 50 hours Night Flight Time
• 50 hours Instrument Time, including at least 5 hours of actual instrument conditions
• 100 hours of qualifying flight time within the previous 12 months
• Ability to operate the electronic guidance system
• FAA Second Class Medical Certificate
• Ability to relocate to Texas
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications
• 25 hours PIC in the Beechcraft King Air, including at least 10 hours within the previous 12 calendar months
• Spanish fluency
• Cross-cultural experience
• Foreign language experience
