Position Summary

The First Officer (Copilot) supports the Captain in safe, efficient, and professional flight operations. This role involves assisting in all phases of flight while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and delivering a high level of service to passengers.


Responsibilities

• Serve as Second in Command supporting all flight operations
• Act as Pilot Monitoring during flight operations
• Assist with flight planning, weather analysis, fuel calculations, and performance data
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company SOPs
• Conduct preflight and post-flight inspections
• Maintain aircraft logs, records, and expense reports
• Coordinate ground services including fueling, transportation, and hangar support
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers
• Participate in safety meetings and support Safety Management System (SMS)
• Operate within a schedule (Sunday–Friday) with approximately 3 flying days per week


Requirements

• Commercial Pilot Certificate
• Cessna Citation CE-500 SIC Type Rating
• 1,500 total flight hours
• Minimum 1 year pilot experience
• Associate degree or 2+ years of college
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation procedures


Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 100 hours jet experience
• Experience in multi-crew environment
• CE-500 or EMB-145 type rating
