Description

Position Summary
The Corporate Copilot supports Rich Products Corporation’s Part 91 corporate flight department by safely operating company aircraft in accordance with the Flight Operations Manual (FOM), FAA regulations, and company policies. This position emphasizes safety, professionalism, flexibility, and reliability while supporting domestic and international corporate travel operations. The successful candidate will work as part of a team-oriented flight department and maintain the highest standards of customer service, operational excellence, and confidentiality.


Responsibilities
• Perform all required preflight and postflight duties and aircraft inspections
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, checklists, and the Flight Operations Manual (FOM)
• Participate in the department’s Safety Management System (SMS)
• Maintain required pilot certificates, ratings, and qualifications
• Remain current in assigned aircraft
• Obtain and maintain passports, visas, vaccinations, and other travel documentation required for international operations
• Support domestic and international corporate flight operations
• Interface professionally with passengers and company personnel
• Assist with aircraft handling, passenger service, and baggage loading
• Maintain confidentiality while handling company information
• Complete additional duties as assigned


Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate (ATP preferred)
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate with no limitations
• Minimum 1,500 Total Flight Hours
• Basic computer skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules
• Ability to travel internationally
• No FAA or DOT violations, including DUI/DWI
• Ability to pass TSA, PRIA, and corporate background checks
• Residency in the Greater Western New York area


Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
• Falcon 7X experience
• Falcon 2000EX EASy experience
• EASy I/II avionics experience
• Minimum 500 Jet Flight Hours
• International flight experience
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
