Position Summary

The Captain serves as Pilot in Command for corporate flight operations, responsible for the safe, efficient, and professional transport of company executives and guests. This role operates in a high-level corporate aviation environment with a strong emphasis on safety, service, and international operations.

Responsibilities

Serve as Pilot in Command for all assigned flights
Ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with all flight operations
Conduct flight planning including weather, routing, and NOTAM review
Perform pre-flight inspections and brief crew members
Maintain aircraft systems knowledge and operational readiness
Complete all required flight documentation and reporting
Coordinate with flight department and support operational needs
Assist with non-flight duties including safety and compliance initiatives

Requirements

ATP Certificate
First Class Medical
3,000+ total flight hours
2,000+ PIC hours
5+ years as an ATP
12+ years as a commercial pilot
GV or GVII Type Rating or large cabin aircraft experience
Strong knowledge of international operations and regulations
Ability to work flexible schedules
Strong communication and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

500+ hours in large cabin aircraft
Associate or Bachelor’s degree
