Position Summary

The Pilot in Command (PIC) conducts Part 135 charter operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient flight operations. This role requires strong decision-making, CRM skills, and a customer-focused approach in a dynamic charter environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command for Part 135 charter operations
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures
• Conduct flight planning including weather, routing, and performance
• Deliver safe and efficient flight operations
• Provide high-level customer service to passengers
• Maintain professionalism in all operational environments
• Operate within a flexible, demand-driven schedule
• Maintain accurate records and required documentation

Requirements

• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument Rating
• 1,200 total flight hours
• 500 cross-country hours
• 100 retractable-gear hours
• 100 night hours
• 100 IMC hours (actual preferred)
• FAA Class I or II Medical
• Valid U.S. Passport
• Clean FAA and driving record
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Part 135 or Part 91 experience
• Multi-engine time
• Experience in Piper aircraft (Saratoga, Malibu, Navajo)
• Experience in busy terminal and non-towered environments
