Position Summary

The Pilot in Command (PIC) operates King Air aircraft in a Part 135 charter environment, conducting single-pilot operations in all weather conditions. This role requires strong decision-making, operational flexibility, and a commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command for Part 135 charter operations
• Operate King Air 200/90 aircraft in all weather conditions (single pilot)
• Conduct preflight and post-flight inspections and briefings
• Perform post-maintenance functional check flights
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and aircraft manuals
• Assist with maintenance coordination, trip quoting, and safety management
• Maintain accurate records and support overall program success
• Operate within an on-demand schedule driven by customer needs

Requirements

• FAA Commercial Multi-Engine Pilot Certificate with Instrument Rating
• FAA Class II Medical
• 3,000 total flight hours
• 1,000 PIC turbine hours
• 1,000 multi-engine hours
• 500 cross-country hours
• 250 hours in make and model
• 100 PIC night hours
• 75 instrument hours (50 actual)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Garmin G1000 and GTN 750 experience
