Position Summary
The IFR Line Pilot is responsible for providing safe and efficient air medical transportation services while operating under Part 135 regulations. This role supports critical missions in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment alongside medical teams.
Responsibilities
• Safely transport patients and medical crews to and from facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for all flight operations
• Maintain compliance with FAA and company procedures
• Complete all required documentation and records
• Coordinate with dispatch, crews, and medical teams
• Maintain communication during shift transitions
• Participate in ongoing training and certification requirements
Requirements
• FAA Commercial Rotorcraft Certificate
• Instrument Rating (Helicopter)
• Current FAA Class II Medical
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
• 500 Turbine Helicopter Hours
• 200 Night Hours
• 200 Instrument Hours (50 actual)
• Must meet 230 lb weight limit with gear
Preferred Qualifications
• Bell 206 experience
• High School Diploma or higher
