Position Summary

George J. Priester Aviation is seeking a Challenger 604 Captain (PIC) to lead safe and efficient Part 135 and Part 91 flight operations while serving as the final authority for aircraft operations and passenger safety.

Schedule
Flexible schedule based on charter operations and business demands.


Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command for assigned flights
• Conduct pre-flight planning, routing, fuel planning, and airworthiness checks
• Lead CRM and crew coordination efforts
• Deliver high-level passenger service and client support
• Participate in Safety Management System initiatives
• Mentor and support First Officers and crew members
• Complete post-flight documentation and operational reporting
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures


Requirements

• ATP required
• Multi Engine Land required
• FAA First Class Medical
• 3,000 total time
• 1,500 PIC
• 1,000 multi-engine land
• 500 multi-engine PIC
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and safety systems
• Strong communication and leadership skills


Preferred Qualifications

• FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
• Part 135 operational experience
• Flight planning and aviation management software proficiency
