Position Summary

The Captain (PIC) is responsible for overseeing and conducting domestic and international flight operations within Part 91 and Part 135 environments. This role includes leadership of flight crews, operational planning, and ensuring safe, compliant, and professional execution of all missions.


Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command for domestic and international operations
• Ensure safe and compliant execution of Part 91 and 135 flights
• Oversee flight planning, performance, and risk assessments
• Maintain compliance with FAA, ICAO, and company procedures
• Participate in Safety Management System (SMS) processes
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers
• Coordinate with aviation leadership on scheduling and operations
• Operate on an on-call schedule with a 2-hour call-out requirement
• Maintain professionalism and represent the organization at all times


Requirements

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
• First Class Medical Certificate
• 3,000 total flight hours (fixed wing)
• 1,500 PIC hours
• 1,000 jet hours
• Valid passport
• FCC Radio Telephone Operator Permit
• Ability to pass background, drug, and FAA compliance checks
• Ability to live within 1 hour of FLL or relocate


Preferred Qualifications

• Gulfstream G280 Type Rating
• 250 hours on type
