Description

Position Summary
The ATR Captain is responsible for serving as Pilot-in-Command on ATR cargo operations throughout the Eastern United States and Caribbean markets. The Captain ensures safe and efficient flight operations, oversees cargo handling activities, and maintains compliance with FAA regulations and company operating procedures.


Responsibilities
• Operate aircraft in accordance with flight manuals and company operating procedures.
• Serve as Pilot-in-Command during cargo flight operations.
• Calculate aircraft weight and balance.
• Supervise loading and unloading of cargo.
• Conduct flight planning activities.
• Maintain positive employee and customer relations.
• Ensure accuracy and completion of all required paperwork.
• Maintain compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.


Requirements
• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate – Multi-Engine Land.
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
• Current U.S. Passport.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• 2,500 hours total flight time.
• 500 hours Pilot-in-Command time.
• 1,000 hours Multi-Engine Land time.
• 300 hours Turbine/Turboprop time.
• Must meet FAR 121.436(a)(3) requirements.
• Ability to pass FAA and DOT drug testing requirements.


Preferred Qualifications
• ATR experience.
• Previous Part 121 cargo experience.
