Position Summary
Seeking Direct Entry Captains to operate the Embraer E195-E2 as part of its expanding airline operations. Captains are responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, leadership, and customer service while supporting the airline’s continued growth throughout North America.

Responsibilities
• Actively participate in the company’s Safety Management System (SMS).
• Report hazards and incidents encountered during daily operations.
• Understand, comply with, and promote company safety policies.
• Operate flights safely and professionally in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals and service standards.
• Demonstrate leadership and professionalism in all aspects of flight operations.
• Support a culture of safety, communication, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Requirements
• Transport Canada Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
• Minimum 4,500 hours total flight time.
• Minimum 1,000 hours on transport category jet aircraft in CARs 705 Airline Operations.
• Minimum 500 hours PIC on transport category jet aircraft in CARs 705 Airline Operations.
• Recent airline flying experience within the previous 24 months.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 5 or higher.
• Legal ability to work in Canada.
• Valid Canadian Passport or valid International Passport with a valid U.S. C-1/D Crewmember Visa.

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous autothrottle experience.
• Previous Generation 4 aircraft experience.
• Previous E170 series type experience.
• Previous CARs 705 airline training and checking experience.
• Aviation college diploma or university degree.
