Position Summary
Seeking experienced Captains to operate the De Havilland Dash 8-400 in scheduled airline operations. This position offers industry-leading compensation, career advancement opportunities, and the ability to progress quickly in seniority while supporting safe and efficient airline operations.

Responsibilities
• Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS).
• Report hazards and incidents encountered during daily operations.
• Understand, comply with, and promote company safety policies.
• Operate flights safely and professionally in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve operational goals and service standards.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and customer service.

Requirements
• Transport Canada Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL).
• Minimum 2,500 hours total flight time.
• 500 hours Pilot In Command on the Dash 8-400 (Q400); or
• 1,500 hours Pilot In Command on a heavy turboprop aircraft exceeding 44,000 lbs MGTOW.

Preferred Qualifications
• Dash 8-400 (Q400) experience.
• CARs 705 airline operations experience.
• Aviation college diploma or university degree.
