Position Summary
The Pilot in Command (PIC) is responsible for the safe and professional operation of the Hawker 800XP during Part 135 charter operations. This position exercises final authority over aircraft operations while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations, company procedures, and the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities
• Serve as Pilot in Command (PIC) for Hawker 800XP Part 135 charter operations
• Exercise final decision-making authority regarding aircraft operations
• Operate the aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures
• Maintain the highest standards of safety and professionalism
• Ensure compliance with all applicable operational requirements

Requirements
• Unrestricted FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• Minimum 3,000 Hours Total Flight Time
• Minimum 1,500 Hours Pilot in Command (PIC)
• Minimum 250 Hours PIC in HS125 Series Aircraft
• Current and valid Driver’s License
• Current and valid Passport
• United States Citizenship
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• No significant incidents or FAA enforcement actions within the previous three years
• No criminal record
