Position Summary
The Second in Command (SIC) supports safe, efficient, and compliant flight operations aboard Citation CJ3, CJ2, and CJ1 aircraft. This position works collaboratively with the flight crew to maintain operational excellence while delivering exceptional passenger service. The SIC reports directly to the Chief Pilot. Operations are conducted under FAR Part 91 and Part 135.

Responsibilities
• Support safe, efficient, and compliant flight operations
• Operate Citation CJ3, CJ2, and CJ1 aircraft as Second in Command
• Maintain operational excellence
• Work collaboratively with flight crew members
• Deliver exceptional passenger service

Requirements
• 1,500 Total Flight Hours
• 100 Multi-Engine Hours
• ATP or ATP Written
• Multi-Engine Land Airline Transport Pilot License
• Current First Class Medical Certificate
• Proficient in radiotelephone communications
• Ability to pass drug testing, TSA background screening, and obtain airport ID badge and ramp driving privileges
• Valid passport
• Valid driver’s license
• Reside within a two-hour personal commute time from KARR
• High School Diploma
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
