Willing to relocate (US / CA)
Welcome to my page! I am a dual-certified FAA and TCCA Commercial Pilot and an active Certified Flight Instructor (CFI/CFII/MEI) currently instructing at Fox Valley Technical College. My aviation journey is built on a foundation of rigorous academic and practical training, having earned my Bachelor of Science in Aviation Studies from the University of North Dakota, with specializations in Aviation Safety and Aviation Business.
I have logged over 500 hours of total flight time across a diverse fleet of aircraft, including the C172, PA28, DA40, and multi-engine platforms like the PA44 and C310.
During my time at the University of North Dakota, I served as a Teaching Assistant and Flight Simulator Technician, where I instructed gas-turbine engine students on A320 familiarization and startup procedures using the UND/Rockwell Collins Virtual Avionics Procedures Trainer. I also helped develop and organize the hardware and software for these A320 simulations. I bring that same technical curiosity home, where I design, program, and wire custom Microsoft Flight Simulator cockpits. I regularly develop custom Lua scripts and debug logic for Air Manager to mirror real-world avionics, right down to the exact electrical behavior of the ignition key and switch panels.
