US Navy September 15, 2003 - February 15, 2001 Qualified and instructed in every aspect of primary and intermediate instruction for Naval Flight School. NATOPS/Formation/Instrument instructor. Special Instrument rating. Instrument check pilot.
Commanding Officer
US Navy December 15, 2014 - September 15, 2010 Commanding Officer of Helicopter Sea Combat Weapons School Atlantic. Completed Navy's Helicopter TopGun school in Fallon, NV. In charge of ensuring all Navy H60S squadrons on the East coast were tactically ready to deploy. Taught all aspects of tactical training including guns, missiles, and rockets; usually at night and often with SEALs.

US Navy July 15, 2020 - April 15, 2017 Taught a 200-level Ethics course at USNA. In the summers, I ran a flight school for incoming seniors at the Academy to prep them for flight school in Pensacola. We took them from never flying to solo in under a month. All flights conducted on the MD Eastern shore in Piper aircraft.
