Description

Position Summary
The Captain serves as a member of a two-pilot flight crew and is responsible for the safe operation of the company’s Cessna Citation 650 aircraft. This position supports corporate flight operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, customer service, and operational efficiency.


Responsibilities
• Maintain a culture of safety within the aviation department
• Serve as Pilot in Command and retain final authority for the safe operation of the aircraft when assigned as PIC
• Ensure aircraft airworthiness prior to each flight
• Ensure flight crewmembers fully understand their assigned duties
• Make operational decisions regarding flight delays, diversions, cancellations, and departures
• Communicate operational decisions to appropriate company personnel
• Prepare or supervise preparation of flight plans, considering weather, terrain, weight, performance, airport facilities, and navigation requirements
• Perform operational duties while away from home base
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, company policies, and procedures
• Report known or suspected FAA violations or incidents to the Chief Pilot
• Ensure passenger ground transportation and handling arrangements are in place
• Complete required trip paperwork
• Fuel aircraft at home base
• Perform collateral duties as assigned


Requirements
• Alcohol-Free and Tobacco-Free Lifestyle
• Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with Multi-Engine Land Rating
• FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
• Minimum 4,000 Hours Total Flight Time
• Minimum 1,000 Hours Multi-Engine Turbine Time
