Description

Position Summary

The Pilot is responsible for conducting air medical transportation missions aboard the Pilatus PC-12 while ensuring the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and regulatory compliance. This position supports patient transport operations and works closely with medical crews, dispatch personnel, and partner facilities to provide safe and efficient flight services.


Schedule

• Equal-Time On / Off Rotation (Final Schedule Structure TBD)


Responsibilities

• Operate the Pilatus PC-12 in support of air medical transport missions
• Work with medical crews to safely transport patients
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches
• Maintain aircraft cleanliness and operational readiness
• Complete company and regulatory documentation
• Maintain load manifests and flight records
• Coordinate with dispatch, medical teams, and partner facilities
• Conduct shift turnover and communicate operational updates
• Maintain required certifications and training
• Adhere to company safety and operational standards


Requirements

• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate – Airplane Single Engine Land (ASEL)
• Current FAA First or Second Class Medical Certificate
• Minimum 2,500 Hours Total Flight Time
• Minimum 2,000 Hours Fixed-Wing Time
• Minimum 1,000 Hours PIC Time
• Minimum 500 Hours Cross-Country Time
• Minimum 100 Hours Night Time
• Minimum 75 Hours Instrument Time
• Minimum 50 Hours Actual Instrument Time
• Single-Pilot IFR Experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to Obtain ATP Within 5 Years of Employment
• Ability to Provide Complete Flight Logbooks


Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Medevac Experience
• Previous Cargo Experience
• High School Diploma, GED, or Higher Education
