Position Summary
Ponderosa Aviation is seeking experienced Air Attack Pilots to support aerial firefighting and special mission operations in demanding environments throughout the United States.

Responsibilities
• Conduct Air Attack and aerial firefighting operations.
• Support wildfire management and aerial coordination missions.
• Provide aerial reconnaissance and operational direction during fire incidents.
• Operate aircraft safely and efficiently in dynamic environments.
• Maintain compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures.

Requirements
• Air Attack experience preferred.
• Wildland fire operations experience preferred.
• Strong decision-making and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in challenging mission environments.
• Must maintain FAA pilot qualifications and medical requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous USFS or DOI contract experience preferred.
• Multi-engine turbine experience preferred.
• Experience in aerial firefighting operations preferred.
