Position Summary

Solairus Aviation is seeking a Challenger 605 & 650 Captain to support international corporate flight operations based in Bedford, Massachusetts. This is a two-aircraft operation supporting heavy international flying, including weekends and holidays.

Schedule
On-call corporate aviation schedule with heavy international operations, weekends, and holidays.


Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command on Challenger 604 and Challenger 605 operations
• Conduct safe and prudent flight operations in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures
• Review aircraft maintenance status prior to flight
• Conduct pre-flight inspections in accordance with the Aircraft Flight Manual
• Review weather, routing, airport, and alternate airport conditions
• Ensure passenger, crew, and aircraft safety
• Complete all trip paperwork accurately and in accordance with procedures
• Support Solairus Aviation’s culture of safety, service, and integrity


Requirements

• First Class Medical required
• 3,000 total time
• 1,500 PIC
• 1,500 multi-engine land
• 500 multi-engine PIC
• 500 turbojet
• 250 instrument
• CL605 / CL650 type rating or comparable aircraft required
• Ability to work on an on-call basis
• Annual ICAO International Procedures Training required
• Residence within 2 hours of KBED or willingness to relocate

Compensation

• Solairus crewmembers compensated between $50,000 – $500,000 depending on experience, aircraft, duties, and assigned account
