Position Summary

The Pilot in Command (PIC) reports to the Director of Aviation and is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of assigned company aircraft, including the safety of passengers, crew, and cargo.

Schedule
Full-time corporate aviation position supporting domestic and international operations.


Responsibilities

• Comply with all applicable FARs, company SOPs, manufacturer procedures, and international aviation regulations
• Ensure aircraft airworthiness and coordinate required maintenance actions
• Conduct pre-flight inspections and operational planning
• Analyze weather, fuel, performance, routing, and operational conditions
• Prepare and file flight plans
• Supervise passenger loading and manifest verification
• Conduct crew briefings and coordinate crew operations
• Oversee servicing, towing, and storage operations away from home base
• Maintain pilot currency and proficiency requirements
• Maintain FAA certificates, medicals, passport, and required documentation
• Support SIC duties as required
• Perform secondary aviation-related duties as assigned


Requirements

• ATP required
• Appropriate type ratings required
• FAA First Class Medical
• Multi Engine ATP required
• FCC Radio Telephone Permit
• 3,500 total time
• 500 jet hours
• Ability to pass instrument competency checks
• Advanced knowledge of domestic and international flight regulations
• Strong decision-making and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments


Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Gulfstream experience preferred
• Corporate aviation experience
• International operations experience
