Position Summary

The Instructor Pilot delivers high-quality simulator and ground training for Phenom 100/300 aircraft, supporting pilot certification, type ratings, and recurrent training. This role focuses on developing pilot confidence, technical mastery, and maintaining training excellence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver simulator and ground instruction for assigned aircraft
• Conduct pre- and post-flight briefings
• Guide pilots through training programs and evaluations
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation
• Support curriculum and courseware development
• Ensure compliance with FAA and company standards
• Foster a professional and effective learning environment

Requirements

• ATP Certificate (or ability to obtain)
• At least one unrestricted PIC Type Rating
• Strong communication and teaching ability
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to pass DOT drug and alcohol testing
• Legal right to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in business aviation or single-pilot operations
• Previous instructional or training experience
• Experience with curriculum development
• Strong attention to detail
