Position Summary

The Corporate Pilot operates the Phenom 300 in a Part 91 environment, supporting executive leadership with safe, seamless, and high-touch flight operations. This role requires flexibility, strong judgment, and the ability to operate as both PIC and SIC.

Responsibilities

• Serve as PIC or SIC on domestic and international flights
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company SOPs
• Conduct pre-flight planning including weather, fuel, and performance
• Participate in Safety Management System (SMS)
• Provide a high-level, white-glove passenger experience
• Maintain aircraft readiness, cleanliness, and coordination with maintenance
• Maintain logs, records, and reports
• Assist with hangar operations and ground support as needed

Requirements

• FAA ATP Certificate (Multi-Engine Land)
• First or Second Class Medical
• 3,000 total flight hours
• 1,000 PIC hours
• 500 multi-engine turbine hours
• Valid U.S. Passport
• Clean FAA record
• Ability to travel frequently (30–50%)
• Must live within 1 hour of Sedalia, MO

Preferred Qualifications

• Phenom 300 Type Rating
• Part 91 or Part 135 corporate experience
• Experience with modern avionics (G3000, Honeywell, ForeFlight, Jeppesen)
• Strong interpersonal and discretion skills
