Position Summary

The Captain (PIC) is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft, ensuring passengers and crew reach their destinations safely. This role includes oversight of all flight operations, crew coordination, and compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command for all assigned flight operations
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, company procedures, and international requirements
• Review trip details and coordinate with dispatch for all logistics
• Conduct flight planning including weather, NOTAMs, performance, and routing
• Brief crew on flight operations, procedures, and safety protocols
• Supervise and coordinate with crew members throughout all phases of flight
• Train and mentor First Officers in accordance with company SOPs
• Coordinate aircraft maintenance needs with aviation leadership
• Maintain accurate flight logs, records, and expense reporting
• Participate in Safety Management System (SMS) and required training
• Operate within a flexible schedule including travel and varying conditions

Requirements

• ATP or Commercial Pilot Certificate
• 4,000 total flight hours
• 2,000 multi-engine hours
• 1,000 PIC jet hours
• Valid FAA Medical Certificate (First Class required prior to start)
• Ability to obtain airport security clearance
• Valid U.S. Passport
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
