Position Summary

The Part 135 Ground/Simulator Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality training to pilots while supporting safety, compliance, and operational excellence. This role is based in Phoenix with required travel and focuses on coaching pilots across a diverse fleet.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ground and simulator instruction for Part 135 operations
• Tailor training programs to meet the needs of pilots across multiple aircraft types
• Maintain accurate training records in compliance with FAA requirements
• Support CRM-focused training and foster a professional learning environment
• Communicate effectively with team members across all levels
• Ensure high standards of customer service and training delivery
• Travel as required to support training operations

Requirements

• ATP Certificate (unrestricted)
• At least one PIC type rating (no SOE limitations)
• Previous Part 135 experience
• Fluent in English
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and related tools)
• Willingness to participate in DOT drug and alcohol testing program
• Ability to travel for training assignments

• Previous simulator instructor experience
