Position Summary

The Certified Flight Instructor (CFI-I) provides flight and ground instruction to students pursuing private, instrument, commercial, and instructor certifications while maintaining high safety and training standards.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct flight and ground instruction per FAA regulations
  • Prepare students for FAA written and practical exams
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation
  • Promote safety and proper airmanship
  • Provide customer-focused instruction and support
  • Maintain professionalism and positive attitude

Requirements
  • CFI with Instrument Rating (CFII required)
  • 400 hours dual given instruction
  • Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and training procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedule (6 days/week)
  • Must be local to Miami Executive Airport
