Position Summary

The Flight Instructor supports Part 91 operations by providing flight and ground instruction to flying club members while assisting with safety, fleet management, and flight operations.


Responsibilities

  • Provide flight and ground instruction in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards
  • Conduct private, instrument, and commercial training for employees
  • Promote safety, standardization, and company flying culture
  • Assist with fleet management, ramp operations, and recordkeeping
  • Act as Pilot in Command for corporate, ferry, and demonstration flights
  • Deliver professional customer service and adapt instruction to individual students

Requirements

  • FAA Flight Instructor Certificate (CFI)
  • Commercial Pilot Certificate – Single Engine Land
  • Instrument Rating
  • Current Second-Class Medical or higher
  • Minimum 150 instruction hours or completion of approved training program
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience operating in congested airspace, IMC, mountain, or international environments
