Position Summary

The Global 6000 Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, ensuring compliance with all regulations while delivering high-level service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the Global 6000 aircraft
• Conduct pre-flight inspections and review maintenance status
• Perform flight planning including weather and route analysis
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures
• Maintain safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft
• Complete all trip documentation and paperwork

Requirements

• 3,000 total flight hours
• 1,500 PIC hours
• 1,500 multi-engine hours
• 500 multi-engine PIC hours
• 500 turbine (jet) hours
• 250 instrument hours
• First Class Medical
• Ability to work on-call
• Ability to complete ICAO international procedures training
• Must live within 5 hours of KSJC or relocate

Preferred Qualifications

• Global 6000 type rating or comparable aircraft
• Global experience (differences training provided if needed)

• $50,000 – $500,000 (depending on experience, aircraft, and assignment)
