Position Summary

The Aviation Maintenance Instructor provides hands-on training and classroom instruction, preparing students for careers in aviation maintenance through practical, real-world learning.


Responsibilities
  • Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
  • Provide hands-on training in aircraft systems and maintenance
  • Demonstrate real-world diagnostics and repair techniques
  • Support curriculum development and course improvements
  • Mentor students and guide projects
  • Promote safety procedures and best practices

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 years of aviation maintenance experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to mentor and teach students

Preferred Qualifications
  • FAA A&P License (or ability to obtain, company sponsored)
