Position Summary
The Captain serves as Pilot in Command (PIC) on the Hawker 800XP, leading flight operations while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and a high level of client service in both domestic and international operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct aircraft operations in accordance with company policies and FAA regulations
- Lead and mentor assigned flight crew
- Maintain proficiency and currency on assigned aircraft
- Exercise operational control on behalf of Director of Operations
- Ensure compliance with duty/rest requirements
- Deliver high-level customer service to passengers and aircraft owners
- Coordinate with operations for scheduling and itinerary changes
- Ensure aircraft airworthiness through log review and maintenance coordination
- Complete all flight, aircraft, and passenger documentation
- Ensure compliance with international procedures and security requirements
- Participate in safety programs and company initiatives
Requirements
- ATP Certificate required
- Current First-Class Medical Certificate
- 3,000 hours total time
- 1,500 hours PIC
- 500 hours Multi-Engine PIC
- 250 hours PIC in type (Hawker 800XP)
- 250 hours Turbine PIC
- Completed training in type within previous 12 months
- Working knowledge of FAR Part 135 and Part 91
- Valid driver’s license and passport
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of FAA, ICAO, and international operations
- Experience with high-net-worth clientele
- Previous international operations experience
