Position Summary

The Captain serves as Pilot in Command (PIC) on the Hawker 800XP, leading flight operations while ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and a high level of client service in both domestic and international operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct aircraft operations in accordance with company policies and FAA regulations
• Lead and mentor assigned flight crew
• Maintain proficiency and currency on assigned aircraft
• Exercise operational control on behalf of Director of Operations
• Ensure compliance with duty/rest requirements
• Deliver high-level customer service to passengers and aircraft owners
• Coordinate with operations for scheduling and itinerary changes
• Ensure aircraft airworthiness through log review and maintenance coordination
• Complete all flight, aircraft, and passenger documentation
• Ensure compliance with international procedures and security requirements
• Participate in safety programs and company initiatives

Requirements

• ATP Certificate required
• Current First-Class Medical Certificate
• 3,000 hours total time
• 1,500 hours PIC
• 500 hours Multi-Engine PIC
• 250 hours PIC in type (Hawker 800XP)
• 250 hours Turbine PIC
• Completed training in type within previous 12 months
• Working knowledge of FAR Part 135 and Part 91
• Valid driver’s license and passport
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of FAA, ICAO, and international operations
• Experience with high-net-worth clientele
• Previous international operations experience
