Position Summary

The Lear 60 Captain serves as Pilot in Command (PIC), responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft while delivering a high-end customer experience. This is a home-based position supporting executive charter operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate aircraft safely in accordance with FAA regulations and company SOPs
• Conduct flight planning, including weather and performance analysis
• Calculate weight and balance and fuel requirements
• Provide passenger briefings and ensure service excellence
• Act as final authority on all operational and safety decisions
• Supervise First Officer and crew coordination
• Serve as inflight security coordinator
• Maintain aircraft condition and complete inspections
• Report maintenance discrepancies and complete documentation

Requirements

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
• Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate
• Minimum 2,000 hours total flight time
• Minimum 500 hours multi-engine time
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Physically able to perform job duties
• Ability to work flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
• Must live within driving distance of an airport serviced by two or more airlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3,000 hours total time
• 1,000 hours multi-engine time
• Lear 60 Type Rating with 300 hours Lear 60 PIC
• Previous Part 135 PIC experience
